Our Coffee Bombs resemble the shape of peanut butter cups, making the packaging perfect for creating and storing homemade Keto Cups. For this simple recipe, you only need three ingredients:
- our favorite low-sugar/no added sugar chocolate chips
- Real peanut butter
- Coconut oil
Start by melting chocolate chips and coconut oil together, then pour some of the mixtures into the clamshell packaging. Spread the mixture to cover the bottom and sides of each cup and place the container in the freezer so the mixture will harden. While that’s happening, mix peanut butter with a small amount of coconut oil and melt. Next, remove the chocolate cups from the freezer and pour in the peanut butter mixture.
