We want every Coffee Bomb you enjoy to feel magical. If your order arrives less than perfect, please email us at info@ladybirdprovisions.com within 24 hours of delivery. Include your order number and a clear photo of the product and packaging so we can understand what went wrong.
Because our products are perishable, we do not accept returns. Instead, we’ll work with you quickly to make things right — whether that’s a refund, a replacement, or another solution that brings you joy.
Damages & Issues
If your Coffee Bombs arrive melted, spoiled, or damaged in transit, please reach out right away with photos. Shipping can be tricky with temperature-sensitive goods, but we’ll always do our best to take care of you.
Refunds
Once we review your photos and order details, we’ll confirm your refund or replacement. Refunds are processed back to your original payment method. Please allow a few business days for your bank or credit card company to complete the transaction.
Shipping Schedule
We ship orders on Mondays, Tuesdays, and Wednesdays. While we do our best to ship same-day on Wednesdays, we cannot always guarantee it.
